Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
Excellent question! To begin with, securing the services of a full-time senior-level designer now demands an annual investment exceeding $100,000, along with benefits (and locating an available one can prove challenging). Additionally, there may be periods when there isn’t a consistent workload to keep them engaged, leading to payments for unutilized time.
With a monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed. This ensures that you only incur costs for your designer when there’s active work available, providing a more efficient and cost-effective arrangement.
How many requests I can have?
Upon subscribing, you have the flexibility to include as many design requests in your queue, and they will be delivered in order.
When will I receive my designs?
Most requests are done in two days or less, but complex ones may take longer.
How does the pause feature work?
We recognize that you may not have a month’s worth of design tasks. Maybe you only have one or two design requests right now. This is where pausing your subscription becomes useful.
Billing cycles follow a 31-day period. For instance, if you sign up and utilize the service for 21 days, and later choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be put on hold. You’ll then have 10 remaining days of service that can be used at any time in the future.
How do I request designs?
Bushido Fire provides considerable flexibility in requesting designs through Trello. Clients commonly submit design requests directly on Trello, share Google Docs or PDFs, or even present a brief video (for those who prefer not to write out their briefs). Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s acceptable.
What if I don't like the design?
No problem! We’ll keep refining the design until it meets your complete satisfaction.
Is there any design work that you don't cover?
Absolutely. Bushido Fire does not cover the following design work: using camera equipment for photography, videography, audio recording. Although we can edit photos, edit video footage and manipulate audio files.
What if I only have a single request?
Sure thing! Feel free to pause your subscription once you’re done and come back whenever you have more design requirements. No need to let the remaining subscription time go unused.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of our work, no refunds will be issued.
